Are you Part 107 certified and legally able to fly a drone per FAA regulations? Are you a current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in unmanned aerial systems or a similar major? Have you worked with flight planning and flight management software? PrecisionHawk currently has several summer internship openings based at our Indianapolis, IN and Raleigh, NC offices!

At PrecisionHawk, we’re building technologies that change the way we view and interact with the world. Our teams consistently push the boundaries of what’s possible with drone technology, and we pride ourselves on finding new ways to process data to solve real global problems.

Currently we are hiring Part 107 certified Flight Services interns.  As a Flight Servicing Intern, you will conduct UAV operations including services, R&D testing, training and client demonstrations.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • UAV flights for data collection and QA/QC of data collected
  • Maintaining flight records
  • Client training
  • Contributing to the updating and refining of the end-to-end flight servicing processes
  • Travel with the Flight Services team to multiple client sites around the country

To be successful in this role you will need a Part 107 certification and you will possess excellent communication and customer services skills. If you have knowledge of UAV sensors and data and a background in aviation or electronics engineering let us know!
